Freddy Hutter, is a seasoned veteran of the Canadian marketplace
in the fields of economics, mortgage finance & real estate, politics & the sciences

Countless entrepreneurs have financed, grew their

& data provided by Freddy Hutter since his relationship
with micro businesses commenced in 1973
Freddy Hutter was born in 1952 in Woodstock where he
honed skills as a downhill skier and Snipe Class
sailboat racer. He later relocated to
Kitchener-Waterloo to study Urban Planning, Geology,
Political Science & Economics @ Univ of Waterloo &
Laurier Univ. After a 25-yr career as a real
estate broker, appraiser & mortgage underwriter, Hutter
relocated to the Sea-to-Sky corridor near Whistler to
develop business management activities mostly related to
the IT sector. In 2004, a new chapter unfolded as
they ventured to the Yukon to pursue long-time research
interests associated with election predictions, peak oil
depletion, macro economics and climate change. Via
his
Trendlines Research
website, Freddy Hutter publishes monthly updates of his
TRENDLines Recession Indicators (Canada & USA),
TRENDLines Peak Oil Scenarios, Realty Bubble Monitor
(Australia, Canada, UK & USA), Barrel Meter crude oil
price components model, his own Peak Scenario-2500 oil
depletion model & international Election predictions.
Freddy currently resides at Judas Creek Marina at Marsh
Lake with Evalina Zamana, their Hungarian alpine Kuvasz
sheepdog (Topaz)
& best kitty ever (Zoom-Zoom).
